Introduction
The budget is the pre-planned invoicing method for an object. The options available are
- Time Only: Used for tracking the time spent on an object, but does not allow for billing. Useful for free or internal jobs.
- Fixed Price: Used to set the final price to be invoiced for an object at the time of its creation. Good for jobs with a price which has been previously agreed upon.
- Workflow Defined: Bills for the Billable Time which has been noted against an object using the Rates which have been defined for the individual Components. Most often used for general service jobs.
